Lamb

Lamb is very nutritious and offers a great number of health benefits. Considerably lower in fat than beef or pork, lamb is an excellent source of protein, vitamin B-12, selenium, niacin and zinc. It is also low in cholesterol and saturated fat and provides a good source of iron and riboflavin.

All our lamb is born and raised here on the farm. They have unlimited access to fresh air, green grass, clean water and exercise. They are supplemented with grain to produce a mild, tasty end-product.

Our lamb is succulent and appetizing, perfect for the grill! It is equally delicious used in any of your favorite lamb recipes.

Processed in a USDA inspected facility and sold frozen at the  Staunton Farmers' Market.

The American Lamb Board produces some gorgeous recipe booklets and cards to promote the consumption of lamb produced here in the US of A. By supporting the American Lamb Board, we are able to make these recipes available to our customers. Be sure to ask for your copies.
