The trip you described in this post made me feel better. The open field with green grass looks really awesome and stunning. I just thinking of the world food supply chain that broken with the centralization which brought a negative impact on global food supply. Since late 2017, Authentium is a pioneering open-source community with a shared vision to design and build an ecosystem of DAO-like Decentralised Autonomous Supply Chain Organisations (DASCO’s) that remove powerful centralised authorities from global food supply chains and blockchain.Hazelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18123623906069966054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819048519590916875.post-1791063891161631062022-11-04T01:36:07.155-04:002022-11-04T01:36:07.155-04:00I've lost my comment... so I'm starting ag...I've lost my comment... so I'm starting again. I hope it doesn't end up coming up twice! I wouldn't say 'crazy' but 'courageous' . As a born and bred townie, I do enjoy hearing about the struggles to produce the food that we all need, wherever we live. And I enjoy seeing Karma, always contributing to your farm work (or creating it!) I hope you continue with your stories, I'll be a keen reader when you complete it. I've not heard of kidney stones continuing to care grief, and I understand the pain - my husband had one in the middle of the night and I truly thought he was going to die! It was 'back in the day' when a doctor would come to your home, and in the end he was given intravenous morphine, and went out for the count, and I was so relieved for him!

Your birdlife is truly gorgeous. Here in New Zealand ours is mostly browns and blacks, with only the occasional flash of colour.

We are still 'semi sheltering' from the Omicron version of Covid, which is ripping through the country. Our death rate throughout the whole of the pandemic has been minuscule, but for people like me (immune suppressed) and my husband (over 70) keeping safe means jabbed and boosted, in fact I've already had four shots! My son and his family all had it a month ago, but they were very careful to keep away from us and we escaped.

I do hope Keith's next surgery is the last needed and completely successful. Thanks for sharing your days with us.
Virginiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06864657381173674455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819048519590916875.post-39115240727473060452022-03-05T05:58:06.084-05:002022-03-05T05:58:06.084-05:00Titanium TIP – The Tithium-Arsenate Titsite - Tita...Titanium TIP – The Tithium-Arsenate Titsite - Titanium-Arsenate Titsite
Titanium is a titanium bong graphite which has a unique structure with titanium keychain unique features and thunder titanium lights features of graphite. And, honestly, I've watched New Zealand's approach with a sense of wonder and envy.

Here in the US, the entire subject has become highly divisive. We have had an enormous loss of lives and still there are deniers. Very locally, we just had a big surge and the hospital was imploring people to get vaccinated and stay home if possible as the numbers rose exponentially. While it looks like things have calmed down somewhat, it is still concerning. Particularly as everyone seems in a great rush to return to "normal" with school back in full session, activities such as sports, returning to regular schedule and the holidays fast approaching. Weird and unsettling times to say the least.

Thanks for you kind words and wishes! Do keep in touch.

Sending love to you as you take care of you and yours on the other side of the world! Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03599739740886087571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819048519590916875.post-66192146327483089392021-10-09T00:17:31.438-04:002021-10-09T00:17:31.438-04:00Oh dear. You certainly have had a tough time. You’... Oh dear. You certainly have had a tough time. You’ll miss Otis and Gus, but your health challenges would be difficult enough without the added complication of Covid, and the crazy behaviour that puts everyone at risk. I’m glad you’re both vaccinated, and taking all the precautions you can to keep safe.

Here in New Zealand we’re coping with a Delta breakthrough. Some of the most vulnerable of the indigenous people - Maori and also the Polynesian immigrants - are not yet vaccinate - either just hesitant or worse, misled by (often religious) mischief-makers. Of course, unfortunately, the rates are hugely correlated to socio-economic, educational level and affluence and those most at risk are those with fewest resources. Sad. Every single adult we know is vaccinated, but of course our young grandchildren are still at risk. If necessary we will turn into hermits to protect them. Mask wearing has been mandated in public - and largely complied with, and required indoors unless eating. There are requirements about using a Covid App which traces contacts and limits on numbers and spacing requirements indoors. So far we've had very few deaths, but I fear Delta means we'll see more, especially amongst the unprotected. Covid has certainly changed our world, hasn't it.

Your photos are wonderful - you must have a very good camera - and know how to get the best from it.

I do hope Tom's surgery saves his kidney - dialysis is so confining, and not an easy thing to manage.

I'll keep you both in my thought, and wish you peace and strength to meet each new day.
Virginiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06864657381173674455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819048519590916875.post-77621193014706409212021-09-26T15:03:45.429-04:002021-09-26T15:03:45.429-04:00Lovely . . . simply lovely.
